The last of Oceania's countries done, not much to say here, I was barely familiar with the history of the Philipines but it was fun making this map.Enjoy!

As a fan of the series(and a citizen of the country this is based on), I can most definitely say that this is a good one.
This is also accurate since international trade has been a great source of economic an cultural gains then.
With great influence from the republic of china and liberion.
Major languages can include chinese, liberion, Manilenio, with minor language of hispanian, and provincial languages.

Because it's what's best for them.
See, the thing is...it's easy for a country like Azteca (Mexico) or Neue Karlsland (Argentina) to become republics or Absolute Monachies in the case of Europa, because they have a national identity, they see themselves as "Aztecans" or "Neo Karlslanders" reagardless of their origins, ethnicity and culture...but in areas like Africa or the Oceania countries where you have TONS of various people with a tribalistic mentality, they have to be "Forced" to unite under one nation, to leave that tribalistic mentality behind and forge a national identity because in the SW Universe, you HAVE to be united...or else you'll perish against the Neuroi.
This is why many of these African countries are still Absolute Monarchies, once they gain a national identity, they'll make the switch to a Republic or a Constitutional Monarchy.
