'Here comes the 540 Gazelle Flip." Ronnie announced from one end of the halfpipe. Lincoln was crouched on the other side, a camcorder in hand. The tomboy began her run, coming down the ramp and quickly gaining speed before shooting up to Lincoln's end. Once airborne, she does a complete rotation and a half-turn as her board rapidly spun in the air just inches from her feet. Once facing the opposite end of the halfpipe, her feet caught the upper side of the board quickly and she rolled back to the other side.

"And now for the 720 Gazelle Flip!" Ronnie boasted, fists raised in excitement. She skates back over to Lincoln's end and goes airborne; this time, she performed two complete rotations, making a half turn to reclaim her board just before gravity began to take hold.

"Woah! Go Ronnie Anne!" Lincoln pumped his fist in the air as he continued watching her through the camera.

Once Ronnie got back to the other side, she drew a breath. The next trick was definitely something not most skaters could perform; all it took was a misplaced step or getting the timing wrong by a split second to make what could've been a cool trick turn into a huge flop. Still, she was confident she could pull it off; and she wasn't even feeling dizzy yet. Pointing at the camera, "Now, get ready for the 1080!"

Starting her run again, she sped up to gain extra air-time once she came flying up the ramp on Lincoln's end. The Loud counted the number of turns the tomboy was doing. "1." She rotated again. "2!" Ronnie then did a third rotation. "3!" It was then that Lincoln noticed that her skateboard was beginning to fall away, while she was in the midst of turning her half-rotation.

Ronnie seemed to notice this as well, judging from the concerned look she gave as she fell earthward. However, from her perspective, the board was only just a couple inches out of reach. To anyone else though, it was actually nearly half a foot away from her. The skateboard landed on its wheels at the edge of the ramp, hanging on the edge for just a second before Ronnie reclaimed it. Unfortunately, she landed more so on the front end of the board instead of the middle like she planned.

"Woah, woah woah!" She cried out as she tried correcting her balance as she sped down the ramp; the sudden increase in speed was causing her to lose focus. Wanting to slow down, Ronnie quickly placed a foot back. Unfortunately, and painfully, she overestimated the correct spot she needed to press her feet in order to stabilize and slow down. Her foot stepped on the back rise of the deck, causing the board to pitch upward slightly. Ronnie threw her arms out to keep balance as sweat started to form on her head, unintentionally making one of her feet slip off the board. When she tried to correct herself, it led to more...painful consequences.

She stepped on the back lip again, this time with more force than intended. This made the front of the board rise up rapidly, and the next thing Ronnie Anne felt was a hot pain between her legs that effortlessly floored her. She let out a squeal of pain as her hands instinctively flew to grasp an area she dare not mention. The tomboy fell off her board, sliding and rolling on the ramp a few times before coming to a stop at the bottom of the halfpipe.

"Ooooo..." Lincoln winced, having caught it all on camera. He covered his mouth to stave off the fit of laughter swelling in his chest. Make no mistake, he was very much worried about Ronnie's condition; but he'd be lying to himself if he didn't admit that watching her perform an accidental nutcracker wasn't hilarious. The two had laughed at plenty of videos of other people doing ball busters on failed stunts; Lincoln never expected Ronnie to be one of them.

He struggled to keep a straight face as he slid down the ramp on his feet and came to her side. "Y-You ok?" He spoke, small chuckles creeping out. His body shook as he kept trying to get over the hilarity of the situation.

Ronnie Anne made a loud groan, making a hiss through clenched teeth as tears threatened to spill from her eyes.

"M-Might be a stupid question, but uh...where does it hurt?" Lincoln asked.

"Where do you THINK, Lame-O?..." Ronnie grunted, a mild blush forming across her face as she turned over.

"Think you can stand?" The Loud asked.

Ronnie forced herself into a sitting position, hands not leaving her privates as she sucked in a breath. "I thought this hurt boys more...UUUGH!" She knelt over as pain coursed through her legs and lower abdomen.

Lincoln made a few silent chuckles for asking, "Want some help?" As plainly as he could.

Ronnie made a few nods. Lincoln leaned over, gently wrapping an arm around hers as she refused to release her groin, then heaved her into a standing position. It was immediately clear that Santiago was in no condition to stand, seeing as her legs buckled a little under her weight and she sucked her lips from the pain that continued to harass her. Lincoln couldn't help the snickers that originated from his throat, which were loud enough to make Ronnie glare at him.

The tomboy swore a fire was visible in her eyes as she stared directly into her boyfriend's face. "It's not funny!" She yelled at him.

"I mean, yeah, but..." Lincoln started to laugh harder. "The way it happened is too much..." The Loud lowered his head as he let out some of the laughter he had been trying to keep in.

Ronnie made a loud growl. "Lincoln, I swear. If you weren't my boyfriend, I'd sack you in the balls right now..." She recoiled as another wave of aching pain coursed through her, forcing her to sit down.

"Ok, ok, I'm sorry." Lincoln drew in a breath, putting is laughter at ease and focusing more on the severity of the situation.

Ronnie made another groan as she knelt forward, eyes shutting in a poor attempt to block out the pain. She only opened them when she felt herself being lifted off the ground. She glanced at Lincoln, a little shocked to see his face only inches from hers. Her cheeks reddened instinctively. "What are you doing?"

"Carrying you home." Lincoln shifted her in his arms so it'd be easier to carry her. "And it's my way of apologizing for laughing." He ended with a light smirk.

Ronnie didn't respond from a combination of embarrassment, pain, and also enjoying the fact she was in Lincoln's arms. Speaking of which, she noticed the camcorder still in Lincoln's hand. "...You're gonna delete that, right?"

"Yeaaaah." Lincoln smiled. He knelt a little so Ronnie could grab her board. "On the bright side, you technically did pull off the trick."

Ronnie glowered. "If only I stuck the landing..."

"Well, you stuck something alright." Lincoln chuckled, making the tomboy putting a hand on his face to silence him.

"Shut it..."

(Most of us have probably seen the episode Skatey Cat by now, which this picture was based on if you didn't know. Though instead of Sergio helping Ronnie film the video, Lincoln was in his place since he had time to visit for the weekend. This will come up later on in Stride btw)
