My slightly late entry for Doctor-Awkward 's contest/collab, "Steelboro showdown"While I could have done a Hero/Heroine for the contest, I had a particular scrapped design i wanted to revive just for the occasion; Tony "Blockmann" Greives. While I'd go more inot detail with a character, I'll keep things simple...for now.
I also saved up a minor scrap piece.
