when they make their cow bell ring, they can cause hallucination to the victim, if it's played on a certain rhythm, it can alter the emotions of behavior of the once affected by it, most of the time making them dance in a very ridiculous way

DEX ENTRY: evolution of Elpehink, Psychiderms are considered great deities in some places, known to grant wishes to people or curse them if they so want to, but just like any other pokemon Psychiderms are just powerful when it comes to psychic powers

it shouldn't be taken as a joke just because of it's plum and jolly appearance, it can play tricks with your mind making you believe what you see actually is real, sometimes however it can even manipulate your sight and recreate things you never though would be possible to exist, they do it so most of the time out of self defense or just because they are plain bored and want something to do

psychiderm's cowbells in both hands can cause persons or pokemon to feel confused or nauseated making them hallucinate, depending on the rhythm of the cowbells Psychiderm plays, it'll affect the emotions of the person or pokemon, usually they can control a huge crowd of people or pokemon to do their bidding if they so want to, it has been known that a Psychiderm used it's powers to make an entire town treat it as royalty
