DEX ENTRY: sometimes Wailord migrate to Xicome to the cold Waters for their mating season, however when everything is over, they return to the open waters of Hoenn to give birth to their Wailmer

when they arrive to Xicome's cold ocean they change their appearance in order to adapt to the cold environment, the icy water jags their skin and make them reduce in size, but they add ice formation on top of it's head to endure the cold of the water and avoid any nearby predators by pretending to be broken ice on top of the water

this change is temporary as for they will return to normal when they arrive Hoenn, still some people on Xicome go and try to catch them in the cold to keep them with said form, it had became some sort of an attraction to try and capture a Xicomian Wailord, some had tried to see if a Wailmer can also change form, but the waters are too cold for a Wailmer to withstand it

NEW FORM ORIGIN: it's based on a Humpback Whale and partially on an Iceberg, now Humpback Whales are not native of Mexico, BUT they do migrate to Mexico's north states for their warm temperature, SO this is a twist that plays the fact that some Humpback Whales can be found on the Antartica, cold places
