I only took a quick look at this the first time I saw this.
I thought that was Mercy learning how to change colors by concentrating on the orange

Shadiow would do that in 5 seconds or so. (not gloating but she does have more experience... even if she's abit chaotic)

She takes up to a minute to at first, but, eventually, she can do it instantaneously.

So what about the stuff she can't change?
Shadiow can't change her eye color... one of those darn side affects that she has to live with forever.
