That's hardly delicate. Too cold.
The only character I have that can withstand a nuclear blast is Mercy. Everyone else blows up and/or dies.

hmmm If Fran is also made of rubber and Mercy is 100% rubber wouldn't she be destory too or melt from the heat

That's just her skin. Fran has a cooling system. And Mercy can adjust to heat. But I'm sure they could melt in extreme heat, like most things. lol
