Billy and Feather and the rest of Neo Telethia are known for tackling hard missions just like their parents. This was no different. Groups of strange creatures have been appearing lately and so these guys take on the challenge!
On this particular day, they had a rough battle, however, thanks to Bily's new draconic raichu form... he can help out his team member with greater support and ease. Feather got injured on her leg badly..
but thankfully being a draconic raichu makes carrying her back an easy feat.
