Herschel and Alfendi Layton having some tea together.I don't even know if Alfendi drinks tea.
While drawing this, I imagined the conversation between the two. Since I have yet to play the main game, I imagine Herschel to sound like Haytham Kenway from Assassin's Creed 3. Because to me, that's what an English gentelman sounds like. I'm expecting to be in shock when I do play the game.
Used: Paper by fiftythree, Sketchbook Express and Photoshop Express for iPad.
Characters are owned by Level-5, who made Brain Age, one of my favorite games to play on my DS.

Ooh! And I imagine if Alfendi had a voice, even though the person I'm thinking of is American, but some stories have characters with wrong accents, it would probably be Nathan Fillion.

I can imagine Alfendi with Nathan Fillion's voice. I wonder if they're going to continue the Layton Brother's series. Because it would be nice to see the brother, y'know?

Me: If they have voices I always think Nathan Fillion should voice Alfendi.
My brother: How old is he?
Me: The profile in the last case said he's 29.
My brother: No, I don't think Nathan is suited for the role. He's in his late 30s now.
COME ON! Age doesn't matter for voices! Everyone knows that!
And by the way, every time I think about the radio murder case and how the criminal kept mispronouncing Alfendi's last name, when he goes all potty he shouts, "Get my name wrong again on purpose and I'll personally cut out your tongue!" I always imagine him shouting that in Nathan Fillion's voice. Honestly, it fits really well!

I've only played the Layton Brothers game. After beating that one, I raced to Game Stop to buy the Prof Layton games. I managed to talk myself out of buying them all.

I played Unwound Future. The ending actually made me want to cry, and not many things can do that. ;w; I need more time and money to play the rest of the series.

Aww. I heard its a good series and I've been meaning to get into them. But, like you, time and money are an issue. Finding the time to do anything is so hard. I'm amazed that I managed this.

My roommate has another one of the games too, so... I just need to find time.
Also, there's an anime special for Layton that's pretty cute called "Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva". If you ever get the chance to look it up, I recommend it.
