(first of all, this is a work in progress)

The sergeant is the leader of the fire team. He/she handles all the strategies, tactics, and commands. The sergeant has certain devices (I haven't figured out what it is, that's why its wip) that allows him/her to keep track of every member of the team which helps micromanaging and multitasking easy. The sergeant is also trained to handle every weapon in the unsc arsenal in case there was a situation where a member of the team is down or busy, the sergeant can deal with it himself/herself.
