Yes, there is a smaller one completed east of the Independence tower. I had to get as close as I could to the fencing so that it wouldn't be in the shot. I think there is going to be 4 or 5 buildings all together. It looks like all of them will have the same outside glass style.

Only one will be a skyscraper, so to speak. A second tower will be moderate in height, while the others will be a lot smaller
