Well, if you are up to the challenge, what about the fat suit from the Bone Chillers episode "Romeo and Ghouliette?"

The quality is not great but it is the ONLY version available of this episode online (these are rare). The fat suit scenes are at 15:25, 16:30 and then onward.
There is one scene with the guy wearing the same outfit but skinny, it is at 13:20.
