Description
A new variation of my virtual, little sister, Sally. I decided to try and forget everything I already knew about drawing and try to study the pros. This is my first attempt at it and hopefully will be the subject of many more to come. I'm quite proud of the work put into this. I do apologize for the sloppy shading though, I usually put more care into it, but I just had to get this up
She does look cute, doesn't she?

The arm positions are a bit off, but this is a tough pose. Have you tried using a friend to model off of? Ask a female friend (seeing as you mostly draw female figures) to pose how you like. Then, take in what your see and commit it to memory. Easier still, get an image of it.
Positioning aside, shading is (once again) very nice, and she portrays a sense of innocence. That's perfect considering the roll she plays..
