Tails has landed safely and comfortably in Cream's stomach and it's even better than he imagined feeling a little bit tired after a long day and knowing that he's safe and sound inside Cream he lays down in probably the most comfortable place he's ever been and takes a nap.

Tails got so comfortable that he didn't wake up until the next morning and Cream was a little bit too big to fit in her house to go to bed but it's a good thing that vanilla always keeps a spare giant sleeping bag around just in case something like this happened and Cream enjoyed looking at the star filled night sky until she fell asleep.
