You did an excellent job on this! However, I made a few changes that you may want.
-I slanted her ribbon so that it looks like it's resting on her chest
-I added eyebrows and made her eyes a little bigger
-I made her pupil a little less sparkly (I took it from Bulma's builder)
-I swapped out the mouths to be more anime-ish
The rest of the changes are personal preferences (then again, I guess all of them are). Again, great job on this.
