GBLEHIf you know me at all (or have been watching my gallery), you ought to know by now I don't have the patience for LINEEEEART.
But, my work comes out neater if I do...
I really hate my style of lineart, you know. I color other peoples' linearts better than I can do my own.
But whatever.
Giving people some of my lineart will lead to them coloring it, infecting other peoples' galleries with MY lineart, advertising myself like the cheap ho that I am...
Ahem.

I have an evil essay for English, and I chose Roman+Greek mythology, so I was perusing my old Mythology books (I have two, both aptly named 'Mythology'
and I think I'll do a bunch of old myth pictures.Maybe Echo hiding behind a tree like a closet pervert. Or Zeus chasing a horde of maidens. The pervert.

I usually do each section independantly, like, skin, then hair... Instead of doing all the bases and stuff first. But I keep each bit on a seperate layer so I can tinker the colors at the end.
It's not very professional, at all.

Whether you like it or not, it's beautifulll. I always get confused when you say you hate your lineart. It's always so pretty!
I love the expressions, very... Clear? The hair looks beautifully fluffy (which I can /never/ do without color/shading) and the tears in that shirt are sweet!I love the interaction with the two on the right, though we should be able to see a bit more of the furthest girl's head on at least one side of her body.

C'mon, don't you know about the Gorgons? Medusa? I probably spelled that wrong, but still. The three sisters are supposed to be ugly and have snakes for hair, and looking at them turns men to stone. Then Perseus came and lopped off Medusa's head. He gave the beastly noggin to Athena who was said to have put it on her shield, tho I've heard she put it on her breastplate, too.
Medusa was the oldest. Pegasus and the sphinx are said to have come from her, too. Her blood... Or something.

...Duh. Wow. I must have forgotten the story. >< I know the general story, but I can't remember the details. Haven't done mythology since 6-7th grade or so. Sooo longgg agoo. I'm pretty sure I'm doing it again next year, though. 8D <3 Mythology

Yeah, yea, that's why you can't see her head, it's gone! And that's why the front girl's all torn up looking, she probably got mad when she found big sis headless for no apparent reason.
