then in the X Multiverse Title Screen, if you typed the code: HELL-STATE in the Note-Pad. it will seem like nothing will happen, in the ending cutscene, Distorted eyes goes blank. it goes very quickly of everything after week 1.

in Finale Escape, Distorted is fully black, and the background is black.

to play OMNIHELL, beat the GLITCHED ENDING
to play Finale Escape, beat the HELL ENDING
To play Manual Hell-State, beat both OMNIHELL and Finale Escape.

after beating Manual Hell-State, the title screen is still the same, but more glitchier, and there are cracks. trying to enter one of the weeks will reset the game. entering Week 1 (or as it's called Week X in the Final Escape song) press X to be sent to a place where it is more glitchier, and has more cracks. press X once more. the more you press it, the worse it gets. if you do this enough times, It will go blank. a eye will flash, the game will crash, reopen, then you will be lead to Final Escape
