Ok, lets see If I read these bios right.

Right of the bat, I don't think either Zim or Lord Hater has the edge in terms of intelligence or mentality. While both are smarter than they look and are technological geniuses (Both built most of their own technology after all), both are also very immature, arrogant and unstable, which frequently led them to make mistakes and fuck themselves all over.

Physically, however, Lord Hater has this category on the sleeve. While Zim is way stronger than he looks, only Lord Hater has been able to punch people through the moon and pull through a mental beam that can destroy planets.

Speed wise, both can potentially be argued to have FTL reflexes as both have been able to dodge laser fire and Plot FTL spaceships, but only Hater has been able to run around the planet in a matter of seconds, so he obviously has the edge here.

Durability is closer category, since both have been able to survive planetary level of destruction and deadly injuries and be fine in a short while. However, not only Zim durability feats are less reliable since many of these feats come from negative continuity (For exemple, Zim having his brain replaced by a toy pig and being turned into a baloney happened at the end of the episodes where that happened, and later episodes never really addressed who he recover from that. And one of his feats of surviving earth being plunged into the Sun is rather fault, for the page showing this feat clearly show the writers mocking the poor continuity between stories.), But Hater has also survived outright Star-busting attack without a scratch on his bones.

And that is without considering his "Stopped a galaxy destroying Black-hole by plucking his finger into it." feat!

Needless to say, Lord Hater easily outclasses Zim on physical department, but what about equipment?

Well, Both of them have Faster-than-light Spaceships that have enough firepower to destroy planets, Large robots that can fight for them improvised weapons, and rather haxxy equipment (Alien Tack and Pod for zim, Soul Stealer for Hater.). However, while Zim may have the greater variety of weapons, Hater triumphs Zim in terms of destructive capability and reliability.

While Zim has weapons that can destroy planets, Lord Hater have missiles that can destroy Stars, and he possesses half of a magical sword that has enough power to conquer the whole universe. (Mind you, it is just one half of the sword, but just a half of that power is more than enough to overwhelm Zim.)

Another problem is that many of Zim more haxxy weapons require rather very specific circumstances for him to successfully pull off. His Time Travel machine cannot sent objects larger than a toy pig, and while Zim did nearly killed Dib with it, it backfired because Zim has no control on how story is changed by throwing toy pigs into it. So Zim trying to kill Hater by travelling in time is unlikely.

Pastoulio could be used to hypnotise Hater, but Zim has no control over how to grow it, and it is unlikely that he can simply grown it in the middle of a fight to death.

The Pod and the memory eraser could do Lord Hater in by either destroying Hater on cellular level and, well, erasing his memory. However, not only the actual effectiveness of both these weapons is questionable (Hater has a healing factor that allows him to recover from have his bones being broke apart very quickly, and trying to destroy as much cells as possible before said healing factor kicks in in the body full grown villain in microscopic size would take forever. And removing Hater's memories would not remove his powers or his eagerness to beat up a stranger when waking up in a unknown location.) Zim needs to go to his base to use these weapons, and It is unlikely that Hater is going to let Zim run alway in the middle of a fight.

Another problem for Zim is that, regardless of how many weapons Zim Has, Lord Hater's superpowers can counter most of what Zim can thrown at Hater. Zim has multiple laser weapons to use on Hater? Lord Hater electrokinesis can create force-fields to protect himself from attacks. (Assuming that any weapon Zim has can even scratch Hater in the first place.) Zim can turn Hater into a balloney with his Tack? Hater can alo manipulate matter with his lightning, and he can also easily steal Zim's soul with his soul Sucker. Zim can teleport way? So can Hater.

Heck, Hater lightning also gives him telekinesis to levitate and manipulate objects as big and heavy as a Temple, So hater can easily use it to toss Zim and his Mechs, monsters around like a toy.

And considering the destructive capabilities of his arsenal and his own physical might, it is easy to infer that Hater can easily destroy any weapon Zim may throw at him, even the Planet Mars.

One last thing: Zim may also possess methods of increasing his physical might with his Battle Suit and Alien Serum. But the former doesn't instantly increases zim might, and neither displayed enough increase in stats that could allow Zim to overpower Lord Hater, so neither of these equipment are game changers for Zim.

In conclusion, While Zim may have the greater variety of weapons, Lord Hater greater Physical status, destructive potential and Haxxy powers all but guaranties his victory on this fight.

Looks like this fight may gather a lot of Haters.

The winner is Lord Hater.

+ Versatile Superpowers counters nearly everything his opponent may thrown at him.

+ far more destructive and reliable weapons.

= Even on intelligence.

= Equally Immature, Arrogant and Unstable.

+ Far greater variety of weapons.

+ Not lacking on physical stats.

+ some weapons can outhaxx his opponent.

= Even on intelligence.

= Equally Immature, Arrogant and Unstable.

- But most, if not all of his weapons can be countered.

- Still outclassed on physical level.

- Less overall destructive potential.

It's hard to tell to who would win since they both have insane durability and a shitload of highly advanced weaponry. But it could go either way like Zim via alien tack or Lord Hater via Soul Sucker.
