Description this is from the episode "meet casey jones"

mikey was making raph really mad and raph actually got so angry that he picked up a metal bar and knocked mikey to the floor-
he was about to cave mikey's head in but leo stepped in and stopped raph b4 hand-
good thing too!
raph dropped the bar and ran out of the lair realizing what he did....

I am a huge Raph fan. He's my favorite. But for me to blame Mikey would be incorrect
I would say they both were to blame...
Mikey instigated and knew that Raph probably would get pissed
And Raph has such high anger issues and really needed to be working on it
