wow-maybe you should make a tutorial on it...I like how the bird turns its head and it seems as it is in 3D. Would love a tutorial on how you did this.

They head turn itself is pure 2D animation.

It just stared at me AAAHHHHH~
Excellent animation, with the whole body moving but the head staying nearly motionless. I especially like that it looks around and flies back and forth a little, as well.

It's so smooth. Looks almost like a real bird, with all those subtle movements.
just thinking about how many key-frames you possibly had to use is stunning.

Ja, das Teil benutzt man gern . Das nehm ich jetzt eigentlich gar nicht mehr weil das meistens so komische Artefakte auch mitproduziert, fΓΌr Drehungen oder wo man von Profil zu einem anderen Blickwinkel Γ€ndert, hab ich meistens zwei gemalte Stadien und dazwischen benutze ich Mesh Warp um den Wechsel weich zu machen.
Puppet ist aber fΓΌr schnelle Bewegungen immer gut, nur fΓΌr langsames wΓΌrd ichs nicht nehmen, weils da doch sehr offensichtlich dann ist.

It's col and the style is lovely and simple but a hummingbird's wings would flutter far quicker than that.

I know but i'm limited to 25 fps and with just 2 frames it looks stupid.
