Caution! Big gif ahead (1.6 MB), may take some time to load.Continuing my animation studies with a front running cycle. This is the first time I even tried it with running.
Although I didn't just want to have him running, more like speeding away from something big and scary (hence the facial expression). I'm content with it, although the arm swing may have turned out to be a bit too wild, even though it looks good within the Keyframe ( dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28… ). I've added two versions (24fps ["Ones"] to the left and 12fps ["Twos"] to the right) and I think the right version works better. It would suit for some kind of slomo scene.
Anyways, the great thing about front cycles is that you can copy and flip half of the images.

(I'm not sure you are looking for critique since from your other work the character looks fairly final, but - the inner ear colour seems a little distracting, particularly in the faster version here. I wonder if it was a different shade then maybe it wouldn't draw the eye so much? Being close to the dark blue/teal on the tip of his ear makes it difficult to view, sort of looks like its 'popping' during the animation, at least from what I can see. But as I said, just a small note and I can see you've already put a lot of work into this character!)
