Muhaha, scales^^Well, this dragonguy found a very nice place for a rest, I wanted to draw him like "don't disturb me".
I like how the sea and the sky turned out, but the rest, eh, have to improve my backgrounds! >.<

Dang! Amazing! The background is simply splendid, and the dragon itself is incredible! I sure do not want to mess with it while's it's enjoying the tropic sunset and scenery. ^^

Danke, hab auch recht lange daran gesessen, ich sollte wieder mal was in diese Richtung machen, im moment gibts aber fast nur Cartoons von mir^^

ya know.....i envy your ps ability....one day ill get there....but one thing that constantly bugs me....the joint at the base of the wing....it looks soooo odd.... it just seems misshaped.....n e way thats what i think........XD really great detailing

a very nice one here... but the first thing that jumps in my face is that his lower jaw is MUCH smaller then his upper one... I suggesttaking that in to acount in the future and make the mmore equal... a very nice position for the front limbs very natural... but the dragon's spine dose not seem compleet... I'd have imagined a bit more of a "hump" on his back when in this position... not too much though. ANd lastly on his hindlegs... I imagin he has them gathered beneath him... not a bad idea, but I doubt that's a very comfortable way to sit... I remember leopards citting in threes in similar positions, but they let their legs dangle down on each side of the branch, compleetly outstreatched... but as I sed... that's just my opinion and I realise that it's a little too late to change anything here... but, well... you know... just my opinions... feal free to ignore them... and his tail seems a bit small compared to his neck... I like to belive that a dragon's tail is a heck of a lot longer then his neck... but again, that's just me.
ANd one last thing, the positioning of his neck and head... he dosen't seem to be relaxing any, in fact the way he is holding his head like that leads me to belive that he is not exactly so comfortable. I would have imagined his neck arched with the head much closer to the body, probably aiming downwards, closer to the chest... ok, but enough critick... it's still a nice pic.
Nice work on the sunset... it looks really nice... the tree, you could have put more detaills on, like cracks and lines to show their shape... as is it looks too smouth, especially wiht the dragon having scales on...
Can't really give any suggestions on the clifts though... as I stink at making natural rock formations as well...

I know about the jaw...
BUT I tried making it another way, it just look better like this in my eyes.
And yeah, I thougt about wildcats sitting in this pose, why not this dragon? And he's not realxing NOW, he's looking at the observer of the pic. I agree with you that the tail could be longer. Anyway thanks for your opinion!

well, sorry to say this, but he dosen't seem to be looking at the viewer... ( elce his head would be pointing the viewer's way) but rhather seems to be stating at somebody/something that is just outside the pic to the left...
