Description
"Incoming!"Part 3 of my mini series. The thing attacks. It's fast and strong, but it did not count on Kalee's bionics enhanced reflexes and marine training. Say hello to five high velocity explosive rounds...
Posing in DAZ Studio. Materials, lighting and rendering in Vue 9 Infinite. The motion blur was done in Vue using 12 passes of Hybrid 2.5D blur.
I thought the title of this one should have been "Oh sh...!" but I went with the G-rated version in the end.

Beautiful snap shot of an action sequence of events. Excellently done.

I like it but I must say that is a pathetic muzzle flare. >.<

Awesome! I love the action, and the motion blur came out perfectly. I've heard that in Vue 9 the rendering is quicker - was that the case with applying that many passes to the scene? I love that feature in Vue, but sometimes the render time is a deterrent to me using it.
Really nice series you made here with these!

Thank you!
In my tests with some reference scenes Vue 9 was between 0 and 30% faster on the same machine depending on the scene. For this particular setup the render took about 1.5h without motion blur and ~6h with 12 passes of 2.5D blur.
Ciao
