Seems that this Wizzrobe has a very crinkly secret hiding underneath those folds~ But this does raise a question: is it just this one Wizzrobe that wears a poofy nappy, or is it compulsory for ALL Wizzrobes? Well, only one way to find out!

Now, to answer your first question, yes: this isn't a Pokemon. As for why I've drawn something not Pokemon related, it's because this is my entry to Fantasy Month which is running all April, and I wanted to try my hand at it.

Had a tough time choosing what to draw, and I eventually settled on a character from LoZ: Wind Waker since (A) it's one of my favourite games of all time and (B) I enjoy the art style.
