but the snivy does have a point as the totodile's face does look a bit like a female's
and then the charmander looks a bit feminine EXCEPT for the face Xb

I don't really see how. I can understand gender ambiguity a bit more, but I guess you're just seeing the dark marks around Wonders' eyes as feminine or something? It's just how I do totodiles. I don't see how it looks more female from any other feature. As for Rocket the Charmander, I also don't get how everything else looks female....? Especially if the face doesn't look female. Maybe how he's holding Wonders' bandanna? Maybe because he has his own bandanna backwards?
It isn't like I've actually drawn females of either Pokemon, so I wouldn't know how I would change things.

Rocketshooters are a near reflection of Burst. (BK's team in PMDMeteor) The only exception I can think of right now is that Rocket isn't as weird as Mitch, and Wonders is slightly more of a jerk than Tyson.
I've had them since around 2006/2007, so I don't know if it's a lack of originality, or the lack of choices for starters in the first PMD game. They're not the first Pokemon character I had, but they're really close.
Also... Being made Rocket an egghead.

and when i saw rocket, i actually though he was a bit expressionless
around the resort i mean.
Probably a little of both, if they weren't thought into at the time that is.

I don't know if he'd be expressionless in River's timeline, but he's definitely not in his own timeline. There are some things in River's timeline that causes him to act differently, which I suppose would make him see expressionless.
There's also a slight dimensional thing that might have something to do with it, but I doubt that would get rid of his emotions.

I've seen 'im and heard about him through the buizel's tone so he seemed like a mellow guy.
his timeline is because he's with people he knows and probably within the lines of his story, so yeah.
