Description But it's a great ride~

Another commission from ~jupital !
She wanted a picture of her sona with a corvette (A car she wants to own some day) and driving it into the morning yonder. Her jacket is an Atari jacket if you couldn't tell!
My dream car would personally be one of those tiny little two-seat smart cars.

This was my first time doing something in the way of vehicles in color. (This detailed and not so stylized at least) Those who follow my tumblr would know I had been practicing a bit on vehicles. They're quite the time consuming thing to draw but can be quite fun fitting all those details into.

One thing I wonder is that IF you'd do that with my current favorite (Modern) sports car, the Lamborghini Reventon, would it be complicated to draw?

At least the exterior, where the interior would be hidden behind the "black tinted windows"

Btw, What about motorcycles? In General... I mean, if the games I play have them, I'd definitely prefer them over cars. The main reason is that, say, if I'm (using a bike) racing someone with a car & are on the freeway with alot of traffic, I could just drive inbetween them, while the car would've struggled to get around them.

Was checking since I'm guessing that the engine itself would probably be the worst part, while the rest would usually be simple enough.

You know, IF you'd play Drift City, (though I wouldn't recommend it 'cause the cars can get pretty fast at the end of the story) then the best Smart-like car would be the Mittron ECO. A.K.A Kia Pop (Concept)

I have a relative that drives a Prius.  Its a nice car but I'm so use to hearing the engine running when I start a car.  Most of the time you don't even hear the engine running on those cars.

Very nice picture!  The car looks quite good, and vehicles can be a bit annoying (soo many planes I have drawn) but in the end it's worth it.

I did a test drive in a corvette recently.  I just like the idea of having a car that can actually pass someone real easy either on the city or highway if they are going too slow.  One things for sure, If you never drove a car with that kind of horsepower its a completely different driving experience than a regular car.

Oh, I definitely understand what you mean.  I usually drive our family's 2000 Dodge Durango.  Nowhere near as fast as a sweet little corvette, but man, that V-8... I just love it when I can just floor it to get onto the interstate.  Yes, I know that's bad for the car in the long term, but it's an old SUV, and the sound of the motor going like that is just awesome.

The engine on the Corvettes....or any sports car, it doesn't hurt the engine one bit if you floor it.  You probably know this but the corvette probably gets better gas mileage than that SUV.

HAHAHA OH YES Anything outside of a Hummer or RV gets WAAAY better gas mileage than the old thing I drive! XD  (roughly 12-13 miles to the gallon, somewhat made up for by a massive fuel tank that gouges my wallet every few weeks)

Heh, kind of makes me imagine the possibility if you did that with the idea that I had before. You know, that I were one of the "Bosses"/"Gym Leaders"/etc. & the area where I'm in was focused on being high-tech, at first I thought that I'd be standing with a Lamborghini Egoista, BUT, I'm sure it'd be WAY too complicated to draw.

Ah, finally getting to see what all that vehicle practice was leading up to! And now that you've gotten a good grip on it, I guess it's possible we might see more stuff like this in the future.

The first picture is definitely the coolest. Geez that pokesona is so cool that it puts other 'sonas to shame! Dat jacket and dat pose and oh man, is that pokemon driving the car OH MA GERD. I don't know why, but now it's really amusing to think of pokemon driving cars. I'm just wondering what would happen if one day I looked out my car window and saw THIS.

But yeah dude, that car looks awesome from both angles, and once again it's your precise detail work that really brings it all together. You like smart cars? Haha! My sister loves those, but I personally don't get it. You should draw your sona driving a smart car sometime.

I haven't tried it and I don't think I ever will but I'm pretty sure a Pokemon like my pokesona can drive even though she only has two fingers on each hand.  Using a cell phone will really be a challenge.

I think smart cars are just adorable and sleek, and I may or may not want to fantasize about swerving through traffic honk a little horn at people in giant trucks or something. (Also they have the best gas mileage usually)

Man, I traced a Chevrolet HHR for one of my pictures and made the whole inside of the car.  That was pretty hard!  I can only imagine how hard it is to actually make a car in real life.

Yeah!  I love going modern.  I had my Pikasona in a Chevrolet HHR, which is like a combination of a car and a van, or as people say, "It's a truck."  (It doesn't look like a truck to me.  It looks like a CARavan.)  I want to make another picture of my OC, Mike in some type of car.  I don't know what car he should have.  Do you any suggestions?
