I like it, it is hard to really critique unless nitpicking. The style is unique. The only thing I can think of is that the skin could be made warmer and more inviting but it looks like she is kinda sitting in the shade so iono. Good job!

No need if that is the look you want, it looks cool either way. I just saw that you requested feedback and I was like what to say, what to say. I think the faded background with the brushstrokes looks cool. It breaks up a static background and helpsΒ focus on the girl.
