A reference sheet for Now that the OCT I was running is over, I might have time to enter one myself! Although I am totally prepared to lose in the first round, as I know that I will not be able to do my entries as prettily as this pic here XD

Justin is the kind of boy who wastes potential. He isn't very ambitious, and is content to play games or listen to music by himself. He knows how to get along with others pretty well, but because he never puts forth the effort to do so, he comes off as anti-social. Although it may not look like it, he sticks to his principles pretty strongly. He just doesn't put himself in situations where they get tested very often. He is pretty resilient and is hard to get down, but he can hurt other's feelings without noticing. Most people like him if he takes off his headphones.

History:
Both of Justin's parents worked a lot, so he sort of raised himself. Not really a very hard thing to do, just kind of boring. To entertain himself, Justin spent a lot of time at the Game Corner and the Mauville City gym. He never really felt the itch to go on a Pokémon adventure, as he preferred to just play games on his handheld systems. He caught his first Pokémon on accident, and odd circumstances have led him to have a team of three.

While lounging about on summer break, Justin's mom kicked him out and told him to enter a tournament, a contest, ANYTHING to get him to see something outside the city limits of Mauville. A blimp passed overhead advertising the Big Sky Carnival, so Justin headed south to Slateport City and continued to Big Sky Island.

Battle style:
Pory can be directly remote controlled by Justin through the Nintendo 3DS that Pory lives inside. As such, battling with Pory can be just like a game to Justin. If left on his own, however, Pory doesn't move around too much. He has many stat, type and field altering moves at his disposal, and will usually fire off many of them in rapid succession at the beginning of the battle before his opponent can register what has even happened. Attacks from a distance with many powerful beam techniques.

Pory was the first Pokémon that Justin caught, but he didn't even realize that he had him until he caught DJ. Pory was a Porygon inside a game that Justin played on his old GameBoy Pocket, and was "caught" when Justin beat the game. Once Justin realized this, he has transfered Pory to every new gaming system that he has received. Pory can be leveled up by playing through games in leu of the game's normal avatar, and Justin has spent many hours doing this. As such, Pory is the highest level member of Justin's team. But no one on Justin's team knows this yet, as Pory has not yet battled outside of his game worlds. It was only with the introduction of the Nintendo 3DS that Pory was able to experience the world in 3D, and is still getting used to it. If it ever looks like Justin is wasting his time playing games, he is most likely leveling up Pory some more.

Battle style: DJ hates battling, and is an absolute pill about it. He will run around and dodge his opponent in an attempt to attack as little as possible. That said, he's not dumb, and can recognize an opening when he sees it. Supremely dislikes close quarter combat, and will attack from a distance as long as possible. He knows a couple unique moves for a Pikachu, and takes his opponent off guard sometimes without even trying to do so. DJ is at his most serious if someone breaks his iPod. Seriously. He will kill them.

Other info: Zach is DJ's real name, but he hates it immensely. Justin has only called him by it a handful of times, when he really needs to get DJ's attention. DJ used to hang out at the Mauville City Game Corner when he was "wild" because he liked the music games that were there. He only consented to be with Justin after Justin beat him at a game of DDR.
Through means of a very old TM, DJ knows Pay Day. It was Justin who taught him that things could be bought with the coins that he makes, which DJ was shocked by and forever grateful for. It is with this ability that he always buys the latest iProducts the day they come out, with Justin acting as proxy, of course. DJ throws coins at things that he doesn't like, such as annoying people or Pokémon, but few people seem to recognize this. DJ loves his music more than anything in the world, and is rarely seen without his iPod. He hides an Amulet Coin in it's casing so that he can generate even more money with Pay Day.

Battle style: Banjo loves a good honest match more than anything, and will never be the first interlocker to use long range moves or deceptive tactics. However, he tends to end matches faster if he feels that his opponent is stalling or being a poor sport in some fashion, and will care not at all the tactics used if his opponent isn't playing honorably to begin with. He can take a beating, and knows when to take a hit in order to get a better position in battle.
Athletic stat: Stamina
Contest stat: Tough

Since Justin isn't much of a trainer, Banjo ended up training himself. He is very good natured and loves to provide instruction to weaker or younger Pokémon. Although Justin has never seen him do so, Banjo loves to dance, but has yet to find anyone who will join him.
Banjo fell out of the sky on to Justin's dad's car on the way home from work one day. Although his parents told him to take Banjo to a Pokémon Center, Justin was too lazy and ended up taking care of Banjo himself. He named Banjo after a game that he played on his Nintendo 64.
When Banjo uses Hyper Beam or Focus Blast, the attack comes out of the marking on his tummy in the shape of the yellow parts. Justin has been known to make him use this attack on mountain sides just to leave Banjo's unique mark, which he finds hilarious.

Other notes:

- Both Pory and DJ know Signal Beam, and can communicate to each other through it
- Pory knows an insane number of moves because of the unique way that he is trained
- Justin would really like to catch a Remoraid one day, but not enough to learn how to fish
- DJ is ready and willing to evolve, but Thunderstones are rare in Hoenn, and he's never even seen one. DJ was slightly hopeful that he'd be able to buy one with Pay Day, but hasn't had the opportunity to do so yet.
- Pory has never been on the Internet before; in fact, he doesn't even know it exists or what it is
- Justin makes sure that Pory's 3DS always has power by having DJ charge it. DJ only puts up with it because it provides him an opportunity to practice charging other devices, such as his iPod.
- The TM that Pory is holding is a mystery to Justin and Pory. Pory has been holding it since he was caught. Justin hopes that if he beats the right game with Pory that they'll be able to find out what it is.
