About half a month ago I made this for my own desktop, but I never bothered to submit it until now
It's another of my takes on Copland OS Enterprise theme/OS on some of the computers on the anime, Serial Experiments Lain.I didn't add a watermark, as I hate watermarks on wallpapers (and think they're pretty much useless as wallpapers if they're big enough) but here it is in case anyone wants to use it. Just don't reupload somewhere without crediting me.
