Description Here's the beginnings of a new resculpt from the old red terror mini I did.

This one is about the same size but more complete now than the photos above show, I just need to take some more up to date photos.

Was originally planning on going with a GD on this, then I remembered I can't paint.

EDIT 1: Here's the beginning of changes to the piece, including chitin. It's just a small update, the next one will be the completed piece.

Please note: This piece is IP protected, that means no casting, I will do doing many more pieces in the very near future which will not be IP protected.

I'm a huge Tyranid player from way back and I think this is pretty cool model. I'd certainly buy it. I mean I like the old Red terror model and I use it quite alot but If that became the new Red terror sculpt I certainly could use one as Tyranid Prime.

Anychance in the future of you doing other Nids? Old one eye or those named units who don't have models yet? That would be cool to see.

No plans at all to sculpt any more nids, this was a one off, I can't sell copies of this either, even if I wanted to as it breaches IP law.

Thank you, it's definitely supposed to be creepy and nasty, the descriptions and artwork I used basically have it pegged down as something which eats its prey alive.
