Excellent job here.
I saw this movie when it originally came out in 1988 here in the states/Canada when it hit theaters in november/december 88 and i was at the premiere at age 7 and saw it 4 times even after christmas and had some of the merchandise as well. Too bad it never came out here on video for 7 friggin' years but i did saw the re-release at age 14 and bought it on video after waiting, did replaced my tape for 2002's special edition DVD. I still enjoy this movie.

Yeah, Roscoe's pretty underrated in my opinion. He's only appreciated when the movie as a whole is being discussed.

Haha, I love it. The pose and expression are totally Roscoe. Proud, vain, somewhat pompous. And yet, in a moment he could rip your throat out. That actually really displays the fear people have about real Dobermans--they have stunning looks and a rather fair reputation, yet people are afraid they will be killed by a Dobie. Nice take on that...
Even though Roscoe was with Sykes, I really liked him. DeSoto has a much cooler name 
What stands out here is Roscoe's expression. Such pride over his stance and collar.
I love this movie, by the way, it's blasphemy that it took 8 years to get it out on video.
