The pose is predictable for one, ways I think would improve it would to have both hands on her hips and a cocky or coy smile instead of the tough.
I love the colors and how they pop out and compliment each other. I'd like to see how you might improve her in the future.
You managed to take Rarity from the latest episode and transition her into EQG fashion, And I find it quite enjoyable.
Overall, I really like this piece and how it flows down the page, and I hope that you keep making art like this!
