So I see a lot of good in this image, but also some bad. So I am going to start with the bad.
There is a problem in this image that I see in a lot of pictures that people draw. The faces of just a little off. The specific problem is that the eyes are a little too far apart, and those tiny lines just next to the inside end of the eyelash only emphasizes the problem. The reason that it is a problem it because once you notice it, it distracts from the rest of the work taking away from the impact of the image. It also is the reason the Technique score is not as high as it can be.
I also can't say that it is an entirely original concept. Drawings of groups are not all that rare. Though I should also mention that I also see that some things where done differently, and differentiate it from the rest.
The coloring is nice, though the pink color added to the knees seems a bit odd to me. I like the shading, it reflects a single light source coming somewhere from the middle, though where exactly the light is coming from is not clear.
I also wish that there was a little more variety in the facial expression and eye shapes. The most unique faces are Rainbows and Pinkies.
The image also has a clear vision, but is not perfect. It could use a little work to make that vision more clear such as a more detailed background.
What I would suggest to do to improve this is to study photo-realistic illustration.

Cassie, I know that you are having fun being around with these girls and all but don't start going on a killing spree please... *Notices her having multiple eyes in her two eyes and sees her transforming thus begins her rampage by killing three people nearby her: Killing Spree!* Goddamn it Cassie...
Vision: The girls and Spike (not forgetting him) themselves sure look happy to see whoever it is they're seeing (though from Pinkie, we can tell that she's more happy to see us viewers). The details from the main girls are the same for the most part and they look splendid too. Cassie is looking to be wearing some new clothes though, wonder who gave her those?
Originality: Since this is Equestria Girls and the only original thing here in mind is Cassie, I'd say it might lose a bit of points on that though not by much since, well, this is your drawing. I will say that the background looks very nice though.
Technique: I've seen your art enough times to know that its yours by design. While the characters still retain their original looks, Cassie seems to be the only one with a design change, I wonder why? Well, who am I to say? You are the artist...
Impact: They're saying welcome to any one of us and its clear that they sure are happy to either meet this new person or welcoming back an old friend.
