Yup! New pokesona ;u;
This time giving her the ability to change form to make sure I won't get tired of her hahah.

I was going to go with a vaporeon but goodras are so so cute omg.

Chii secretes less uhm- goo, than the normal goodra but still enough to keep her body hydrated. Sadly due to this, she can't stay in dry warm places for too long. (or she'll just use rain dance/transform into something else)

Her stone is one of the very few stones of it's kind and she has gotten into fights because of it before. No one knows how it was created but some think it originated from a mega evolution stone.
