This might just be me, but I wonder how easy it would be for a Spartan to blend in unless they're infiltrating Gold's Gym.
Not that I'm saying I don't like the piece - I do, especially when you tackle stuff outside of combat armor; it's just something I wondered about.

In the Kilo Five books, Naomi-010 and someone else in Kilo Five went undercover near the end of the second book. Naomi's buddy commented that she should be able to pass for a normal person, despite being as tall as a basketball player. There was also a slight concern over her neural... thing, in that it could possibly give her away but her hair was long enough to obscure it.
Course, Naomi was a SPARTAN-II, so... Ms. A131 shouldn't stick out much more than her partner here.
