Ok, NEVER again will I try to do gradient and clouds {Yes, the things in the background...} on MS Paint!Well, since Spitty and Jet are now RR and Pokémon OCs, thought I'd do some more art of them. And yes, I'm a Team Rocket fan. But they look so cute {Not in a shipping way!} as friends! Maby a bit of a back story is needed for them! Or not. Meh, I could go on and ramble about this, but I'll stop now.
But it would be nice to get SOME comments...
But, it looks like Jet's managed to get Spitfire to join TR. And you can probably guess what they are discussing.

Yes, thought I think it's an outdated version, most of my digital art is done on it. Or at least edited.
