Very nice art and colouring.
2 questions.
1. Do you have any cell shading colouring advice? (primarily the shines you added)
2. Do you do art requests?

1. For me with shines I just kinda imagine where the light source is coming from and just kinda go for it 😂 like the tips of shoulders and cheeks I do those little circle hl and then like the butt and tops of legs I kinda did a soft hl blended in. So, I guess my advice is always consider where your light source is coming from
2. I don't take requests as art is my only form of income but, I do take commissions!

Also like gadgets glasses? The blue part? Same thing except I put a line in and blurred the edges so there was a hard shine and it kinda faded out into a soft shine. Every artist does shines different but like I said I just try to base my shape on location, lighting source and the general curvature/flow of where I am highlighting.. hope this helps x3

Well, my shine placement isn't the issue so much as it is the shape of the shines themselves. They always end up looking rather in orxadox to me. xD

It takes time and practice honestly! The best think you can do is study your fave artists and how they color- drop in their streams, look over their art etc, to try to get a feel for how they do it. Shines can be done all sorts of ways. Like I do circles at like tips of things. I always follow the curve of the thing in highlighting when it comes to shape. Like say I want to make a very standout sort of shine like hmmm like how slugbox or avante92 does a very shiny shine on the thigh? You put like the initial circle, kinda throw in a curved line but then kinda blend the edges of the line.

Yes, sadly I lack the motivation now x'D
I have been on hiatus for over a year.

I also think that perhaps my shines aren't defined enough?

A bit yeah but that's something that comes with time and practice! Trust me, I was really shitty at digital art at first and then just drew everyday and studied techniques and favorite artists works and stuff. I am definitely not where I want to be yet but I am getting there! And you will too, just have to practice ^^
