Description
At some point I had to challenged myself to female builds to prove to myself that I could do it having boxed myself into primarily male specific builds or just keeping to armored looks that hide any features that could be identified as female in nature.By choosing an already existing character to add to my library of "my own version of this creators character" it took away the first obstacle of an identity to the build and key features that made the start of the build very relieving and allowed me to progress well.
The build had a few more challenges than I was used to in that it had to be leaner than my usual work which meant just about everything had to be built completely different than I normally did. Some form of bust was also the natural choice given it's a female character but didn't want to degrade the build with something obscene so a Nuva pauldron did the job of a rounded chest whilst also staying pretty neutral in the end. A narrow waist and even smaller fingers were interesting to figure out and even though heels were something I don't think are really associated with Lynna, they seemed to make me more comfortable in my own sense of identifying my build as female.
I do enjoy the spiked skirt structure I made and also the shoulders which I believe were made to mimic feathery tufts of sorts. They add an element of style and extra opportunities to add more accent colour.
I'd like to call this a successful build and even though it's not entirely as proportional as I would think for a female build, as it's not my area, I don't think I would ever be 100% happy with it but in the end I'd call it a personal success in making a female build
