Since I'm unable to work on anything new. Here's a concept weapon I was considering for mototaur when I (eventually) get him done. I'm not to sure if its too big or if it just counts as a gnarly battle axe for a colossi. I started messing around with The suffering's walking stick thing and adding to it. Its not really finished but I wanted to get some kind of Bionicle related Deviation out to my fans. As always thanks for the care and support you've all shown me. You've almost unanimously projected me to the forefront of the bionicle MOCer's community here on

Oh...my...that's a VERY large axe...hate to be on the recieveing end of that. I really only have the Brutaka blades to reference its size, and considering the fact that you used not one but four...I don't even think Titan Takanuva would be able to wield it.

Yes it is. Its about a foot and a half tall, maybe two feet. I made it to so one of my big guys could have a massive battle axe, but it was to heavy for anyone to wield. So it ended up just being something that looked cool.

Thanks. Glad you like it. I'm gonna make it not as wide. Looking at it the blades are too far out from the handle. Some shorter lift arms is all it takes for that.

But its made of plastic and would break....a metal version would be rad though. Breaking shit is fun.

I think it'd be cool to some how have metal version of say Ryakk and mototaur made. That'd be one pain in the ass cause I imagine that metal bionicle parts wouldn't fit together so easily.

Looks great, i think i would have to see it compared to him, or know both heights before i could say it was to big. Also i think it looks like butterfly wings.

I know I've kinda held it up to moto to see if it works. it doesn't work for Ryakk, its to bulky for Ryakks rather slim and sleek persona.

Well there's a reason guitars are called "axes." yeah it does look like it could be a guitar. If I skinny it out at the bottom, which would be the head stock, and add plates as it goes up it'd look like the neck of a guitar. Looking at it. I think I need to bring in the blades closer to the handle. They're too far out I think. That might be what the "too big" factor is for this being a weapon for moto.

A good start. It can become a pretty good weapon, I think. I may say one thing? I don't like the pieces, which you used for the handle. I don't say it's a bad idea, but it's just not my personal taste, using these parts on bionicle MOCs ^^"
But the rest seems to be fitting good together. I'm looking forward to the completed weapon ^^

I kinda agree with you I don't like using the studded beams to much either but its all I have and it works well to make a strong handle that won't bend or flex to much. Its not like I really had a choices, and it does give it a different look. The completed version would have smooth plates on it to cover up the studs.

Supporting pieces where? Oh I forgot, There's supposed to be another set of axon blades on the other side. They were buried at the bottom of my bionicle bin and I pulled them out last night.

well i meant something like connecting the blade and the handle (not the whole just a little part) so it will give better stability, and maybe a bit thicker handle

hmmm you mean more connection to the blade sections or what? I'm still not quite sure what you mean. The handle will be a little thicker. I'll add smooth plates to cover up the studs. I don't like the look of studs on my bionicles. If I use parts that have studs on them I try to cover them up. THere's nothing I can do to smooth over the clutches on the bottom of the brick pieces.

Ah In my opinion it doesn't need more connection points, but it needs to be "brought in" more, the axe blades need to be closer to the handle so its not so wide.
