Or, as the file is actually named, "Silverfish." No real story here, I just had a lot of silver parts and wanted to use them. He might be a Toa of Light with a mask like that, or his mask could just look like a mask of light. I dunno, really. I guess we can pretend he's a Toa of Steel.
