This is awesome, I must say. Heh. Feels like that ride... you know, the big swing ride at fairs and stuff...
The perspective is indeed great. Gives it the illusion of hugeness, kind of a trick of the eye there...
The black and white is perfect for the shot, but I think it could be brighter. Some details are hard to see, and while that may have been what you intended, I just don't think it fits. 
Another little flaw that I purely blame the plant for (damned things... so hard to find a good plant to model for you these days 
But, yea, very nice

I love the perspective of this! Makes you feel small in the face of even the smallest aspects of nature.
Great composition in general. It was a great idea to make this series black and white
