This has gotta be one of my favourite photos. I love the greenish-blue tone. It makes the whole photo have this apocalyptic type atmosphere. The clouds add to this. The mantis itself is just beautiful. I love the detail and how sharp it is. The leaves at the front are essential to this photo's artistic worth. The way they go in and out of focus is brilliant, something I value in photographs. Stunning work. Definitely a favourite.

This one also, quite a feat. Looks like something out of a horror movie only the subject is just a mantis- its all in the way you captured him/her. Excellent lightling and tonality. + fav.
