With those designs, i feel like Ozotto should've been made in the Manga beforehand and then include him in not only anime(Both which have arcs on his own), but also the future games, just to showcase his fighting abilities and ki attacks.

Hatchihyack is a different story from Ozotto, which I would've like to see him to be involved in future game, be it 2.5D or 3D.

Hmm another interesting character sheet. So is he going to be like the final villain of your overall project? And also I wonder how the fat form will play out? Well I know you plan on it being his initial form right? What I mean is is this form like some pre revival form or something?

As per the stuff in the sheet description, the fat form is the original form of Ozotto...at least, the original form of what counts as Ozotto. It would have started out as a single organism that kept absorbing part of the other beasts until it became the chubby creature on the sheet. But I'm not drawing all the other ones.
Anyway, during the battle, it absorbs the West Kaioshin of that era and becomes the humanoid form, gaining not only a new body, but some extra brains as well. As things progress, the Elder Kaioshin ends up sealed in the Z Sword, and Ozotto gets stuck in a seal of his own as a result, which locks him away until Gohan and Goku break it and start my arc for him between the Boo material and the Super material.
That means Ozotto isn't the final boss or anything (if there has to be one right now, it'll be someone from the Time Breakers). Though he is technically one of the more recurring villains, since he appears twice as himself and then his soul goes on to become Janenba, who appears even more.
