No, Xbox ISN'T Really Dead, just thought I'd make a Life Changing Announcement regarding My Gaming Habit.

As of today, I'm leaving Xbox. By that, I mean I'm done buying Newer Xbox Consoles.

I don't hate Xbox or anything, it's just that The Exclusive Xbox Games we have been getting since The Late Xbox 360 Era, haven't exactly been Great. Sometimes it's okay, but Most of the Other times have been Meh to me.

Ever since The Kinect Era, Xbox just seemed to be going down hill since then. Things Got worse with The Xbox One Reveal 10 Years ago, and The Exclusives from THAT Xbox were Not Really Great system sellers.

Even Halo started to Crash and Burn since 343 Industries took over The Franchise, and we all buy Xbox's Specifically for Halo.

Worst yet, Xbox doesn't seem to Care all that much about Single Player, the kind of Modern Video Games I prefer to play. With Half Assed Stories, By The Numbers Gameplay, and sometimes Being Straight up Awful.

I got My Xbox One in 2017 so I can Play Halo some More, but like I said, The 343 Halo Games have Not been as Good as The Bungie Halo Games.

I also got to try out Gears of War, and while that was Okay, I have lost some interest in playing More of it. The Only Genuinely Good Exclusives from Xbox Now these days, and Forza Games. Forza Horizon 4 was actually pretty good, though it's Hard to drive in Forza Motorsport.

What else does Xbox Have? Well (at least aside from Owning Bethesda and Activision Blizzard King,) Not sure. I mean they own Banjo Kazookie, but they don't know how to make Good Rare Games anymore. Since Xbox bought Rare in 2002, Rare has become a Mediocre Game Company, and they were Once Beloved by all when they were making Games for Nintendo.

Even if you Really want to play a New Xbox Exclusive, they are all on PC as well. If you are a PC Gamer, and have a Sick Set up, you are probably better off just playing on PC, especially with Mods. Plus Xbox has been porting some of their New Games on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch recently, though we will see how that will all play out in The End, hopefully for The Best.

Let's Face it, Xbox hasn't been good since The Early Xbox 360 Era. Ever since I got a PS3 in 2011, I've actually been having Much MORE Fun and Enjoyment from it, and a lot of their Exclusives are Worth Trying out. While I got a Xbox One in 2017, that was back when I didn't know any better about Quality Exclusives. Though it could've been A LOT Worse, if Xbox One kept Those DRM Policies they were Initially going to do. While I did have some fun with it, it wasn't as Fantastic as PlayStation 4's Exclusive Games.

And it looks like with Xbox Series X and S, that trend sadly continues. Part of me does want to play Starfield and Indiana Jones and The Great Circle, but I want to wait it out, and see if they will Eventually come out on PS5. I Know they said they weren't going to do it, but Plans CAN Change, and we'll just have to wait and see how well The Once Xbox Exclusive Games will Sell on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch (if it can Run some of these Games on Switch.)

I have been thinking about this for a Long while, but, I think it may be for The Best, I don't waste My Money on Mediocrity. So, as of Now, I will Not Buy a Xbox Series X or S or any future Xbox's, unless they put in some Quality Control with their Exclusive Single Player Games.

From Now on, I'll just Game on PlayStation and Nintendo. I will be Getting Even More Games on PlayStation, and Try out Various Nintendo Games that Interest me. If I do decide to Play Xbox, it'll be on The Xbox Consoles I have (although I think I Need to get a New Xbox 360, because it isn't working too well. No Red Ring of Death or anything, it's Just Not working right. Or buy some Third Party Games I have again for PlayStation 3 or 2.)
