My apologies for the "ick factor" you encountered. I understand that many folk don't like insects.
LOL! Unfortunately, as the screen name hints, "bugs" (and especially spiders) are my some of my main favs.


I do really I need to rearrange the contents & separate the subjects of my macro folder so those that don't wanna see the creepy critters can look at the other macros without having to endure the hebee jeebies.

Truthfully, it's just a matter of moving slow and trying NOT create vibrations that may alarm it.
The flash very often startles them though.

I get that.  I'm getting pretty good at spiders but it really is a different technique for different kinds of bugs.  I used to be good with stalking butterflies but i'm out of practice now.
