Tuurlijk weet ik het, ik spele het al een tijdje. Was ook maar een suggestie Voorlopig heb ik genoeg paarden om mee te werken, maar ik hoop ook ene groepje gekleurde friezen te hebben. Dus ik kan deze hengst later zeker gebruiken als hij dan nog in dekdienst staat

It really is a new breed, it's being developed at the moment. I copied the name from the page of the first approved stallion, "bonte willem". here's the site: [link] it's dutch, but here's the translation of the first lines:

The Barock Pinto is in 2009 a registered breed in Europe.

For 4 years there are a few people in denmark active to get the breed acknowledged as a breed. In Holland we know the pinto colored friesian too, ofcourse. Some famous Stallions are Bonte Frits and Bonte Nico.

Sadly they never registered back then and because of that it's hard to get the approvement.

Thank you very much for the information! Do you think it would be safe to assume that Barock is Dutch for Baroque? I know it is for German.

Knowing German allows me to pretend I can read Dutch, heh, and I was able to get a bit of information from the site. It seems like quite an interesting breed, I hope the registry gets a good foothold and is able to promote the breed.
