This was actually sitting in my computer before black and white even came out, so I didn't really know anything about the games when I drew this.Still, idk what they're thinking/pouting about : D maybe he's sad he lost another match to her idk.

One thing I'd suggest though, if you draw the girl again, you should maybe make her hair a bit wavier/softer? c: Her hair is veeery wavy in the official art, haha.

thank you : ) <3 I like to use watercolor textures for my pictures. There's a lot of watercolor textures you can find for free just by google image searching it : ) Then after that, when I'm done with an image, I'll set that texture to a blending mode I like (in this case I used color burn for the blend mode) I tend to lean towards color burn or overlay : ) Hope this helps!
