I love the grit that permeates this image.
The hand resting on the head, the only truly clear bit in there, really gives a touch of feeling; bah, that doesn't work. It's easy to feel for the curled-up figure, if only because of the oppresive darks surrounding the light/white bandaged head.

she's sitting there all alone but she doesn't want anyone to have pity on her....she's is hoping that he'll come one day to rescue her....and she wont give up, she'll definitely wait......
