I am SO hyped for Sister Location o3o. But despite my HYPE, sister location still raises a TON of questions, and matpat's theory videos raise even more. Such as when does sister location take place in relation to the other games? Is it chronological anymore or does sister location take place at the SAME time as one of the other games? Is Funtime foxy the same as Mangle? And why do the faces open up the way they do. Is it so that they can have easy access to the facial parts when the animatronics break down? O.o SO MANY QUESTIONS. Anyway, I may or may not draw the other animatronics, baby and ballerina freak me out XD But I hope ya like! ^3^Related content

NO, Mangle is not the same as FF. FF is a descendant of Foxy, hence the name. If it was a descendant of Mangle, it would have her name in it.
The faces open up to make facial expressions.Β
Everyone thinks it takes place in the fnaf 2 era, but I believe it's around the same time or after fnaf 3 because of the design.Β

Isn't Mangle ALSO a descendant of Foxy, hence the "Toy Foxy" name she had before (the name Toy Foxy wasn't mentioned in the game but we could go off of that assumption because what other name would she have before being dubbed the "Mangle"?).
I think F.F and Mangle are different because of the structure and overall look. Maybe Mangle took after FF...which is still a descendant of Foxy.

Not really, because they're made of metal / chrome, the toys are made of a plastic-like material. They don't look anything like the Toys either. Funtime Freddy looks more like Fnaf 1 Freddy than Fnaf 2.

i just went back to the trailer to see the animatronics and they're indeed way too bright to be made out of plastic
but what if they were just made by another company; different from Fazbear Entertainment's animatronics? they could open just about after the (where the toys are at) Fazbear's Pizza

Well, the reason I believe it's after is because, if they had the technology to make the animatronics that sophisticated, and the building so technological, why not have that for the Fnaf 2 animatronics / restaurant?Β

Because Fazbear Entertainment always had been sorta of a broken company i think? i mean many times we look at the mess their places are, not the FNaF1 pizzeria Β because it is actually almost bankrupt indeed; i'm not sure if there's anyway to prove that; i'm just throwing theories here and there
