They eyes came embroidered, sadly I don't have a machine to help me do things like that.

This tutorial can also be applied to the larger RD, but (of course) you'd have to double the pieces for the mane and tail and sew them together for a better look. I've done a bigger RD customization before if you want a visual reference.
